New Instructors Hired for Northern and Southern Regional Training Centers

Local 23 has hired a great slate of instructors for our Northern and Southern Regional Training Centers! The new instructors are below.

Southern Regional Training Center

Tommy Sigley – Tile Instructor

“Our goal is to provide the highest quality training experience possible. This new team of instructors will work collaboratively, building on our strong traditions while preparing apprentices for the future,” said Brian Greynolds, Director of Apprenticeship and Training for BAC Local 23.

Local 23 is pleased to announce that contract negotiations in Southeast Ohio have concluded, and the negotiation team secured a three-year contract with wage increases of $2.50, $2.60, and $2.70 an hour bringing wages up $7.80 over the next three years.

“This is another great win for Local 23 members and a testament to the power of our union,” said Local 23 President Danny Musacchio.

15th National Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference In September – Local 23 Sisters Welcome!

The 15th National Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) Conference will be held the weekend of September 19-21, at the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.

The International Union and Local 23 will reimburse all costs for your travel, hotel (up to 2 nights booking in the designated Local 23 block), and registration fees — plus provide a $400 stipend after the event.
